For four generations, my family has been dedicated to the cultivation of vines and the production of wine, always in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, handing down an exceptional experience of the territory and the secrets of the art of making wine from father to son. For us, wine means precisely this: passion, tradition, family.

In 2010 I got involved and together with my wife Sara, we created “Azienda Agricola Paolo Cottini”. Our vineyards are located in the Valpolicella Classica, in different locations and on hills of different altitudes, from 580 to 180 meters. These are soils with different orographic characteristics, capable of generating quality grapes rich in flavors, the same quality and richness that we find in our wines. Always in the wake of tradition, we adopt the Pergola Veronese breeding technique, so all the processes are done by hand.
