Wine Temperature Serving Guide

The temperature at which wine should be served can vary depending on the type of wine. Here are some general guidelines:

- White wines: Most white wines are best served chilled, typically between 45-55°F (7-13°C). Lighter white wines, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, are usually served at the cooler end of this range, while fuller-bodied whites, like Chardonnay, can be served slightly warmer.

- Red wines: Red wines are generally served at slightly warmer temperatures compared to white wines. Lighter reds, such as Beaujolais or Pinot Noir, are typically served at around 55-60°F (13-16°C). Medium-bodied reds, like Merlot or Zinfandel, are often served at around 60-65°F (16-18°C). Fuller-bodied reds, such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah, can be enjoyed at temperatures around 65-70°F (18-21°C).

- Sparkling wines: Sparkling wines, including Champagne and Prosecco, are best served well chilled, usually between 40-50°F (4-10°C). This helps to preserve the bubbles and maintain their refreshing qualities.

It's worth noting that these are general guidelines, and personal preferences may vary. It's always a good idea to experiment and find the temperature that you enjoy the most for each specific wine.
