Beautiful citrus blossom, ripe pear, and some honeyed mineral-like notes all emerge from the 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc, a brilliant, medium-bodied white that's based on 30% Clairette, 25% Bourboulenc, 22% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc, and splashes of Picpoul Blanc and Picardan. It shows the clean, fresh, vibrant style of the vintage and is impeccably balanced. It's beautiful today and will be beautiful in a decade (or even longer) if well-stored.
A distinctive style, with ripe melon, floral highlights and juicy yet savoury lemony acidity. Delivers dried hay and salted butter that fill out the backdrop, and the texture is silky and polished.
