Pirons Fleurie is made from Gamay grapes from vines that are more than 50 years old. Dominique ferments for up to 15 days – enough to give the wine the necessary structure, without detracting from Fleurie's main strength, the fruit and finesse. The result is a Fleurie right by the book. Intense, silky and with a delicious blossoming fruit and a fine underlying concentration and structure. Superb!
