Straw yellow coloured wine, vinous, light and a distinctly fruity bouquet reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers. Its modest alcohol content gives it a pleasant, delicate and harmonious flavour.
Grapes vinified in white, hand-picked and processed with a soft pressing. The wine is obtained with primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The sparkling wine is produced following the Italian method in autoclave (Charmat method), lasting about 60 days. It is then filtered and cold bottled.
